Prior to commencing his career in the executive search field in 2004, Christian Ulrich worked as project manager for a consulting firm, then in client advisory for large companies at one of the leading Swiss banks as well as in teaching and research (among others at ETH Zurich, University of California in Berkeley). Christian Ulrich graduated in economics (lic. oec. publ.) and international relations (Dr. phil.) at the University of Zurich.
After graduating in business administration and communication sciences from the University of Freiburg i.Ü. (BA), Lukas Dubs has worked in leading companies at home and abroad, holds various certifications in active sourcing and works in German, English, French and Hungarian.
