Subsequent to the conclusion of a contract, we continue to accompany the client and the new employee, in our pursuit to ensure that performance and expectations are both fulfilled – and that our client and the employee are fully satisfied.

Employment process

If requested by the client, we participate in the contract negotiations, thus acting as an experienced intermediary and thereby often reaching a positive settlement.


When suggesting eligible candidates, we compile an extensive, confidential report including our evaluation and an original CV. We organize meetings with the candidates and support both the client and the candidate in further negotiations.


We conduct systematic interviews in order to ascertain the most suitable candidates. Besides work experience and education, we take into consideration customer-specific criteria, such as corporate culture, internationality, etc.

First contact

We contact potential candidates, evaluate their CVs and, in case of eligibility/interest, invite them for an interview.


Based on the defined search profile, we identify target companies and candidates; if need be, we resort to our network.


Together with our client, we define a search profile and discuss the best applicable search procedure. Our strengths: qualified market knowledge and many years of recruitment expertise.
