Subsequent to the conclusion of a contract, we continue to accompany the client and the new employee, in our pursuit to ensure that performance and expectations are both fulfilled – and that our client and the employee are fully satisfied.

Employment process

If requested by the client, we participate in the contract negotiations, thus acting as an experienced intermediary and thereby often reaching a positive settlement.


When suggesting eligible candidates, we compile an extensive, confidential report including our evaluation and an original CV. We organize meetings with the candidates and support both the client and the candidate in further negotiations.


We conduct systematic interviews in order to ascertain the most suitable candidates. Besides work experience and education, we take into consideration customer-specific criteria, such as corporate culture, internationality, etc.

First contact

We contact potential candidates, evaluate their CVs and, in case of eligibility/interest, invite them for an interview.


Based on the defined search profile, we identify target companies and candidates; if need be, we resort to our network.


Together with our client, we define a search profile and discuss the best applicable search procedure. Our strengths: qualified market knowledge and many years of recruitment expertise.

We provide clients with recruitment advisory services to build up and expand their businesses. This allows us – similarly to the conventional executive search process – to provide contacts to our clients but also to support them with their strategy to enter the market. Christian Ulrich

Prior to commencing his career in the executive search field in 2004, Christian Ulrich worked as project manager for a consulting firm, then in client advisory for large companies at one of the leading Swiss banks as well as in teaching and research (among others at ETH Zurich, University of California in Berkeley). Christian Ulrich graduated in economics (lic. oec. publ.) and international relations (Dr. phil.) at the University of Zurich.

Contrarily to conventional executive search companies, we are well experienced in searching not only individual specialists, but also entire corporations and therefore we support our clients in the area of business development as well. Precision is essential here and is guaranteed by a thorough briefing at the beginning and systematic feedback during the search process.
